Hunting opportunities abound with a healthy turkey population, whitetail deer, and plenty of hogs. Coyotes are common and mountain lions are known to roam the peaks of the Erath county hill country with a 200 lb cat being taken outside Stephenville a few years ago. Nestled into a valley in the northwest corner of the ranch is a 4 acre lake with plans to implement a stocking program for trophy large mouth bass.
